Bibichini Union is located in Betagi Upazila of Barguna District in the south of Bangladesh. To the north of the union is No. 14 Niamti Union of Bakarganj Upazila of Barisal District, to the south is No. 2 Sadar Union of Betagi Upazila of Barguna District, to the east is Madhavakhali Union of Mirzaganj Upazila of Patuakhali District and to the weast is Bishkhali River. After the name of Chini Bibi, this union was named Bibichini. Bibichini Union Parishad was established in 1961 AD.
